Welcome to Manchester International School - India's top International School in Coimbatore. Our Admissions Policy and procedure have been meticulously designed to offer a smooth, transparent, and accessible process for parents and students from diverse educational backgrounds and nationalities.
At Manchester, we pride ourselves on upholding our core values of respect, opportunity, and achievement throughout our admission process. We aim to provide you and your child with a seamless and straightforward transition into our school community.
We warmly welcome applications from students representing all education systems, nationalities, and backgrounds. Our doors are open to international families, and we accept applications for all year groups throughout the year.
Our experienced Admissions Department is here to assist you every step of the way. Feel free to contact us at +91 9244 64 4446 or via email at [email protected] for any questions or guidance. You can also find valuable information on our website, www.manchesters.in.
Our four-step application process ensures a comprehensive evaluation of each applicant:
Step 1: Begin your journey by visiting our Admission
Office or using our user-friendly online portal to submit
your application. Our dedicated admissions team will
meticulously review your application.
Step 2: Prospective students are required to submit
all necessary forms and documents online. A non-refundable
application fee must be paid to initiate the admission
process.
Step 3: Once we receive the required forms,
documents, and the application fee, your application will
undergo a thorough review. Additionally, an entry-level
assessment and personal interaction session with our
curriculum experts will be arranged. For those residing
outside India, these interactions will take place via
video-conferencing.
Step 4: After a successful evaluation, you will be
asked to confirm your acceptance by submitting the online
student FNOA (Final Notice of Acceptance). Subsequently, you
will receive an invoice for enrolment and tuition fees. To
ease your child's transition, we may invite them for an
orientation day or an enrolment meeting based on their start
term.
For foreign nationals who travel through a student pass/visa, submission of the visa page is mandatory. This information will be registered with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) within 14 days of arrival, adhering to immigration rules.
In cases where a place is not immediately available, your child's application will be placed on a waitlist. We will notify you as soon as a place is expected to become available. Please remember to keep the Admissions Department informed of any changes to your contact details.
We believe in welcoming entire families into our school community. Admissions priority is granted to families with siblings already enrolled at Manchester or with applications submitted. Siblings also receive priority on the wait list in their grade levels, and we offer a discount on the enrolment of the sibling in accordance with the school's policy.
To ensure the welfare of all students, it is imperative to inform the school of any known allergies and other medical conditions. For students aged 12 and below, submission of immunization records is mandatory, while those above 12 years must provide a medical certificate.
For new families, tuition fees are prorated by month if the
student begins their course after the commencement of an
academic semester. Please note that proration applies
exclusively to tuition fees.
